Community standards and expected behavior

1. Purpose

CyberTOMP® is an open framework for cybersecurity management based on formal research. We aim to maintain an inclusive, collaborative, and respectful community.

2. Principles

  • Respect: Treat everyone with courtesy, regardless of experience, identity, or background.
  • Constructive Collaboration: Criticism should be technical and aimed at improving the project.
  • Transparency: Communicate intentions and contributions clearly and honestly.

3. Acceptable Behavior

  • Share knowledge and help others.
  • Report issues and propose improvements with technical arguments.
  • Acknowledge the work of others.

4. Unacceptable Behavior

  • Offensive, discriminatory, or aggressive language.
  • Spam, excessive self-promotion, or irrelevant content.
  • Personal attacks or sabotage of the project.

5. Consequences

Violations of this code may result in:

  • Warnings.
  • Temporary or permanent contribution bans.
  • Removal from community channels.

6. Reporting

If you observe inappropriate behavior:

  • Contact the administrators.
  • Provide details of the incident (date, context, links).
